HOURS AND APPOINTMENTS
The Wisdom for Health office is open Monday through to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and on Saturday 9.00 am to 12.30 pm.
All Naturopathic Consultations are by appointments only.
After hour appointments can be arranged.
Any cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee may be charged if the office is not notified.

Wisdom for Health does not diagnose disease. We use natural therapies to support and balance the body so that it can overcome problems and function in a normal state. When the body is assisted with herbs, vitamins, minerals and a healthy diet it has the ability to become healthy and heal itself. Naturopaths don't look at just the symptoms but at all the causes of the illness, and by treating the cause it is possible for you to gain both short and long term healing. Wisdom for Health offers support and advice so that you are able to make wise decisions about your own health.
We do not use any occult or fringe healing techniques, preferring instead only the purist forms of natural therapies.

Any specialised pathology tests that are required but not conducted by Wisdom for Health will be directed to a naturopathic or medical laboratory.
CONSULTATIONS
In person
An initial consultation is for 45 minutes, during this time I will write up your personal case history, and analyse and discuss your current diet and lifestyle. I can then create an individual health profile from your personal history, diet, lifestyle, hereditary status, questionnaires and physical signs derived from your fingernails, tongue and eyes.
Together we can then formulate a health plan, for you follow for the next 2-3 weeks until the next consultation. Treatments vary accordingly to individual needs, but please remember that healing and lifestyle changes do take time.
A second consult, taking 30 minutes, is necessary 2 to 3 weeks later. This is to confirm that you are working well with your health plan, and also to monitor any progress.
A third consult, taking 20 to 30 minutes, is also beneficial 3 to 4 weeks after your second visit, to continue the growing momentum and progress of your health.
Phone calls between these visits are also encouraged, especially should you have any questions or require clarification on any points of your health plan.
We need your input to help us care for you, so if any of the information supplied changes, please notify us, so adjustments can be made to your supplements.

These services are designed for anyone interested in natural health but who lives either overseas, interstate or in the country areas. Choices of communication style include telephone calls or Internet chat room; each of these can also come with regular emails. These health evaluations need to be booked as you would an 'in person' consultation and can range in time length from 20 to 45 minutes depending on your requirements
Ideally, we would like you to have at least one face-to-face meeting during your course of appointments. However, we do understand this is not always possible when we are giving health advice across the world. Taking this into consideration we are still able to offer you professional advice, using all the modern day facilities that are currently available. As long as you are aware of the differences between a face-to-face consultation and a long distance one, we can go ahead and help you. Because of the slight difference one is termed a consultation and the other is referred to as health evaluation. consultation is the common word used to simplify the situation.

SUPPLEMENTS
I use any available form of supplement that is considered to be in your best interest. Many are only available through naturopaths. Some herb mixtures are made up at the clinic for individual cases, so are unique to Wisdom for Health, others are available from your local health store or pharmacy.
POSTAGE AND SHIPPING
After receiving your order you will be sent a confirmation email where possible, to confirm the order has been received. We endeavor to process and ship all orders within 2-3 working days, if any delays occur you will be notified by email wherever possible.
We use Australian Post as our main carrier for local and international orders. Local orders can be sent on overnight post or normal surface mail as requested. International orders are sent Air Mail, unless a special courier service is required. Cost of freight will also be included on your invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
