| Tiredness is best explained in 3 stages.
Stage 1 is the most common stage and easily reversed.Stage 2 is a worsening of the symptoms and you start to be very concerned about it. Stage 3 is where you are in trouble and enter the stage of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Stage 1:
·You wake up feeling sluggish, - you need a cup of coffee or cigarette.
Or- you eat packet cereal with sugar and milk to start the day.
·Generally tired – on and off - most of the day
·Not as much energy as you know you should have,
·Perhaps feeling run down and you have to push yourself to do things
·Some people catch any cold or flu going around.
WARNING
This stage is your body warning you -HEY-something’s not right __”HELP – DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?”
GOOD NEWS ----- If you are wise enough to take action now it’s relatively easy to rectify this stage of tiredness.
DO A CHECK LIST ON YOUR LIFESTYLE?
SOME OF THE FOLLOWING WILL MAKE YOU TIRED ALL THE TIME:
1> you are not getting enough sleep-under- 6-8 hours is detrimental
2> too much TV & computer time
3> working too many hours
4> continual stress
5> no holidays for more than a year
6> not enough aerobic exercise
7> you have had an- infection or viral attacks.
8) eating non energy food—especially using caffeine, sugar, cigarettes, alcohol to make you feel better.
It’s sad -- but people need to be reminded about the basics of how to keep healthy & energetic.
·We cant just keep heaping work & stress on ourselves and not input the ENERGY FOODS TO - allow our bodiesto regenerate & repair itself.
·We treat out cars and pets better than we do ourselves.
If there is any symptom of -tiredness or illness- even headaches or generally not feeling well - it’s your body’s alarm system warning you that something is wrong and to do something about it. If you don’t -things can progress to the 2nd stage of tiredness.
We only get energy from one sauce - FOOD
So if we are lacking energy it stands to reason that food must be involved.

·Vegetables/salads – eat a variety –no limit – you don’t have to go hungry.
·Fruits –3-4 different pieces daily. Ask yourself – how many pieces of different type of fruit have I eaten this week?
·Seeds
·Nuts
·Fish ----turkey-----chicken---mutton ---beef
All these foods are what God has given us for food and energy
The answer is simple
If you eat these good foods then your body has every chance to regain its energy and it will fight off disease and sickness.
Its lifestyle change then?
Yes and eating properly gives you the foundation for your health and energy.
Then we must do the other beneficial things as well.
·Exercise – in stage 1 of tiredness exercise is vital. Steady and progressive—sweat is good for you; it releases toxins and helps your liver.
·Drink plenty of clean water
·Get enough sleep
·Relax more
Now if you chose not to do these healthy things --- what happens is a toxic waste starts to build up in your system?
THIS TOXICICITY IS THE MAIN REASON FOR YOUR PROBLEMS!
In other words if you continue to ignore the warning signs and keep eating wrong you start to get a toxic overload and your body starts losing energy in the fight to survive.
You are progressing into stage 2 – where all the symptoms get worse and multiply.
STAGE 2
Bad foods? These are the foods that have no or very little energy value.
They are high on the allergy and intolerance list.
·Sugar – sugar products
·Dairy foods ( due to high allergy or sensitivity risk)
·Any food that is processed -- white breads, packet cereals, pastry
·Junk foods—most take away foods.
·Caffeine products
·Alcohol & cigs’
·Devitalized food and drinks
·Foods with chemicals, preservatives and additives
This stage is where people often start to seek medical help.
I have had many people consult with me and they have been to see from 6-8 different doctors and still get no concrete answers to there problem. This causes great anxiety to them and added stress.
Also it brings the possibility of wrong diagnosis and drug treatment E.g. antibiotics which, when over used causes your immune system to weaken.
In other words things get even worse for you, if not treated properly.
This toxic overload weakens your immune system. And if it continues untreated or as quite often the case – wrongly treated – you not only feel tired and lethargic but can become susceptible to viral attacks and stress overload.
A lot of everyday cases of Tiredness progress to this level and THEN ---an extra dose of stress or a new viral attack tips them over the edge into the top end of 2nd degree tiredness and into the category of CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME. Which is stage 3.
